If you live in the green shaded area, you’re part of the RCPCA! We are a voluntary citizens association (not an HOA!) representing over 1,700 homes on both sides of Connecticut Avenue. Our role is to create a stronger neighborhood through advocacy and community building. If you have questions or suggestions, please get in touch!
